RADIUS issues

Hello, I currently have 3 fortigate devices setup on a test and production network. I have 1 80c setup in a test network and 2 310b' s in HA mode on the production network. The issue I am running into revolves around the two 310b' s. It seems that RADIUS simply will not work. However, on the 80c, which has a similar configuration just not in production, RADIUS works fine. Also, I have some CISCO equipment that uses the same RADIUS server and they are all working fine. Is there anything special you have to configure to get RADIUS to work with clustered devices? Any help on this would be appreciated.

can you send the radius server info?. I have tested with winradius and works fine and with NPS Windows 2008(we are not able to limit concurrent login and idle timeour yet) but i have login succesful and rules by groups.
