I'd like to ask a question Estimated bandwidth , what's the difference between kbps Upstream and kbps Downstream ? Upstream would be input and Downstream would be output ? in it I put example 80.0Mbps Upstream and limit of my link send message ? would that be it ?

No, I don't think it would be easy to do. Usually, there is no need for email alerts from Fortigate - if you monitor your Fortigate via SNMP, it is very easy to monitor traffic rate passing the interface and then your SNMP manager can send email alerts if you want so.
On Fortigate, we have option to send email of SD-WAN health monitors via an automation stitch, but it is not exactly bandwidth used. The SD-WAN logs do include some value that MAY tell you current bandwidth used, but it is in theory - I haven't tried it myself. If you want to experiment, look here https://community.fortinet.com/t5/FortiGate/Technical-Tip-How-to-send-alertmail-for-the-SD-WAN-SLA-e... and look at the log entry "outbandwidthused" and "inbandwidthused" at https://docs.fortinet.com/document/fortigate/7.6.3/fortios-log-message-reference/22933/22933-log-id-...
Hi Marcos,
Upstream stands for Upload
Downstream for Download
It accepts values only on kbps so instead of 80.0 Mbps it should be 80000 (depending if it is upstream or downstream).
Regards!
In addition - the bandwidth you set here is used in QOS shaping (if you configure any), and in SD-WAN calculations (again, if you have SD-WAN configured). If your Fortigate doesn't have either, this bandwidth setting will be for information only, it does not actually limit anything by itself.
Hello
I have SD-WAN what I don't understand in Estimated bandwidth I have a 700MB link I need it to send a warning by E-mail saying that it has passed that I need to put in Upstream 700MB if it passes that it warns me would that be it ?
