Hi all, hopefully and easy question.
When creating an address object on the Fortigate (Policy & Objects/Addresses), what is the purpose of the Interface selection?
Does it restrict that address to only being accessible via that interface?
thanks

Hi,
When you have configured the address object with bind to interface, you cannot configure the firewall policy for different interface with the configured address object. If you configured address object A bind to interface 1 then you cannot configure the firewall policy with address object A binding to interface 2.

Jamal
