Hello, My fortinet crashed earlier this year, and when I got it back up and running, I had lost my 'traffic shaping' settings to for VoIP QoS I had updated to 5.2.5 after the crash, and now I don't seem to have 'traffic shaping' as an option? Essentially what I want to do is set up QOS within the Fortinet for VoIP traffic. Currently, whenever someone is uploading to google drive / dropbox, the internet slows to a crawl in the office, the latency in PingPlotter shoots right up, and we have all sorts of issues when on the phone when this occurs. I am looking for this - http://screencast.com/t/fauxfx0cVxA6 However I don' have it anymore - see: http://screencast.com/t/XLCJD90tn3TR Can someone point me in the right direction? I have this doc: http://screencast.com/t/FCr64kU5 , however it doesn't appear to be up to date for 5.2.5 Any help would be appreciated. Kind regards, Anthony
Hi guys, The issue appears to be that 'traffic chapping' appears to be missing from SYSTEM --> CONFIG --> FEATURES --> SHOW MORE Does anyone know why this would be the case? I have a Fortinet FortiWifi 40C Kind regards, Anthony
