We have encountered an issue where the departing service provider deregistered the FortiGate devices instead of utilizing the "Transfer a device to another FortiCloud account" option.
Could you please advise on the necessary steps to re-register these devices under our FortiCloud account, including the process for transferring any existing contracts associated with the equipment?
