Product is locked , can't be registered

How my product is locked why I can't registered

I can see that your FGT is locked as Export Alert.

 

So please contact our Global Trade Compliance Department at exportalert@fortinet.com

Some questions:

 

1) Where are you? I mean, which country are you in?

2) Where is the FGT?  Is the FGT with you or in another country?

3) How did you get this FGT? 

4) Did you check it with the company that sold you the FGT?

They not answer my and not help me

When did you send this Email?  Did you get an autoresponse Email?

 

If you sent this Email this weekend, please wait for a response until tomorrow a least since it's a holiday in the US today and I believe that the Global Trade Compliance Department is based in the US.
