Problems with the remote control software Ammyy

Dear Tecnical Support at a customer site we have created a policy on UTM SECURITY PROFILES - Applicartion control, where we have locked only the VOIP group policy and nothing else. Despite all when we open a remote control software named Ammyy, I get the error show in the attached image I would like to use Ammyy without problems, what other policies should I set? Did Ammyy work prior to setting the Application Control policy? Did you check the logs to see what might be doing the blocking?
