Problems with Apple Ipad / Iphone / MACOS and AP14C

Hello,

I have problems with Apple devices via WIFI Access Points 14C.  I have a 10Mbps Fibre Internetconnection, and with my notebook (Windows 7 OS) there is no problem with up/download from the internet (9up/9down), but when i do the speedtests from the Apple i have 5 up/4 down, or 2up/8down.... It's not stable connection from the Apple devices.

with the Apple dedecated on the Cable there is no problem.

Fortigate have the latest firmware, and de AP14C has also the latest firmware.

Is there a solution for this problem ?

Hi Charles,

Lower the MTU of the Apple connection to 1360 and try again.
