Problem with some devices

Hello, I am having problems with my company network, there are computers that do not have internet output, but are within the domain, I can see them from fortiGate but I do not see consumption. Something curious about that is that I can ping some of those computers and I have response and others do not, also that are only some computers and a wired printer.

Can you provide more information?

1. Topology Diagram?
2. How many VLANs/subnets are in your network?
   1. Are all the problematic devices in the same VLAN?
   2. Are there devices in the same VLAN as problematic devices that work fine?
      1. Are those devices having the same IP/subnet as the problematic devices?
3. Are you pinging from a workstation/PC or from the FortiGate firewall?
   1. If you ping from the Firewall is it a different output?
4. Do you possibly have some conflicting IP addresses in your network?
