Problem with rebooting 50 A

I cannot reboot my Fortigate 50A, I get this message:

what to do?

I'm guessing you're trying to reboot through the GUI. Could you try to reboot with CLI (through the CLI or via ssh)?

The command to reboot in CLI is:

execute reboot  (then type y to reboot)

What you see is the answer I got to the command "execute reboot"  in the CLI,   using the cli "opening" in the GUI.  I have tried to reach the cli through the console port, but failed so far.

You could try with a different browser, or hit F12 in IE and choose IE7 view...

If that doesn't help and you can't access the cli by telnet/ssh or console you'll have to unplug the psu.
