Problem with proxy inspection since upgrade

2 months ago we went from a 60 to a 100F - both on 7.2.7.  Everything on the 60 was great.  Since going to the 100F we've been having constant issues with Proxy inspection.  When it's on I'm getting a lot of calls about websites simply dropping and taking end users up to five times to get back into websites - and its affecting operations.  If I move the users to "flow" all websites work, but no web filtering works - so the internet seems 90% wide open.  The errors users see is the "Hmmmm....can't reach page" in Chrome.  We have moved some users to Firefox - so see if that helps.  

Any suggestions?

Please try different browsers. On the FortiGate, you can check Security Event logs to see if it is being blocked.
