Problem with Outlook

Hi guys,

I’m trying to configure Fortiweb for publishing OWA (exchange 2016) with enable monitor mode on Server Policy. Outlook 2016 is working fine, but when I try to connect to OWA by Outlook 2013 I get this error message: "reported error (0x80040115): We can't complete this because we can't contact the server right now”.  If I leave the signatures drop-down menu on web protection .profile empty then outlook 2013 can connect and works fine

?Could anyone help me to find the problem

Hi, what you describe means you need to find the signature or signatures triggered to configure the exceptions, in order to do so you will need to filter in the attack log the IP that is beign blocked (where you see the error message) and check the signatures beign triggered to add the respective excptions in the signatures.
