Problem with Fortigate 100A

Hi,

I have some problems with my fortigate 100A.

I can Ping the LAN interface form the DMZ without problem, But when i do the inverse (ping the DMZ form the LAN interface) i have interreption between 30% and 60% of paquets loss.

can you help me !!

 I do all tests, with the PC directly releated with the Fortigate, and it is the same things

A few things to look at;

1: is this happening to any hosts or specific to one host

2: do you have an traffic-shapers that might be deployed

3: Have you ran any diag hardware commands

e.g

diag  hardware  deviceinfo nic wan1 | grep -i error

And what errors do you see?

4: are the hosts involved attached locally to the FGT100D or via a layer2/3 switch
