Hello everyone,
I would really appreciate your support with the following. Today we realized that we had no internet connection, I tried to log in via web and the FortiGate gave me no response, I pinged it and had no response either.
Then I saw it physically to see if something was wrong connected and on the front panel is on the "Alarm" light in red. I read that it was because of the temperature, it was already regulated because it was too hot. But the light is still red.
What do you do in these cases?
