Problem reset 222E
Hello
i have a problem about reset AP222E so i try more time but i can't reset !!
So what's the problem exact and how i can resolve !!!
Also this AP222E can't receive any DHCP !!!
Please someone expert can reply me and help me

This is a forum of technical users- it isn't a "technical support" team (although there are Fortinet representatives as well as users here).
If you have an urgent need for support then you should raise a ticket. You can do that from the Fortinet Support site here https://support.fortinet.com/
You will of course need a valid Fortinet Support contract to do that.
The forum maybe able to offer you some advice- but to do that we will need more detail. You have provided no information about how your FortiAP is set up, the network architecture in your environment etc. Without that detail it's impossible for anyone to offer advice to you.
These are enterprise products you should have support contracts and training on them before trying to configure them and use them in a production environment.
If you are able to provide more details then I'm sure myself and other forum members may be able to help point you in the right direction.
