Problem downloading images using TFTP

Problem: When upgrading a new FAP-220b image using TFTP, the system crashes Context: The problem seems to be intermittent for different FAP-220b units Messages: A typical error message might look like the following: Attempts to do a TFTP of the image via the console fail as follows : Get OS image from TFTP server. : Quit menu and continue to boot with default OS. : Display this list of options. .... Programming the boot device now. First 0x4 last 0xa3 sector size 0x10000 163 Erased 160 sectors Copy to Flash... write addr: bf040000 done 0 ## Booting image at bf940000 ... Bad Magic Number Solution: Under rare set of conditions, older BIOS versions does not work properly when TFTP download occurs at Gigabit speeds on FAP-220b. Set your switch communication speed to 100Mb or less and that should resolve the issue. Customer cannot field-upgrade the BIOS and if the problem persists, the remedy is to send the problem units back to Fortinet for upgrade or replacement. The recently manufactured FAP-220b units do not exhibit this problem.
