Problem connecting with FG VPN SSL

Hello, I'm new to FG. I have a problem:
I have a Fg 60F router. My client set up an SSL VPN connection for me. He also has some FG. Unfortunately, when you try to run it, the following message appears in the appendix. Error appearing at 10% load. solution in another network where the router is Mikrotik and it works.
Please advise what I need to set in my FG to make it work.

Thank you for your answer. This article is not helpful, but the problem resolved itself. I downgraded from version 7.2.6 to 7.2.5 and the problem stopped occurring. Thank you for getting involved! :)

Have you tried to configure SSL VPN Web mode, and try to establish the connection. Have you succeeded?

Maybe I described the problem incorrectly. I have my network with FGf60. My contractor also has a network using FG (I don't know what model). When I configured the VPN-SSL connection to the contractor, my network did not want to connect. When I changed my router to Mikrotik, I connected to the contractor without any problems. I downgraded on my FG and it started working. After the previous update, other things stopped working, so I decided to roll back the updates. Thanks for your involvement.
