Problem: RSSO Agent Relais settings erased after Policy Package installation

Hello, We use two FortiGate 3700D (HA cluster) running FortiOS 5.2.1 build0618, managed from FortiManager v5.2.1-build0662. We've added a RSSO Agent Relais directly on our  FortiGate via CLI (User & Device > Authentication > Single Sign-On). But after each Policy Package installation from our FortiManager, this RSSO Agent Relais is removed!

For information, we also have a FSSO Server (FortiAuthenticator) on our FortiGate, which is not affected by this problem. We are not sure, but we think this problem appear since we've upgraded our FortiManager from v5.0.9 build0345 to v5.2.1-build0662. Do you know this problem? Could you tell us how to resolve it?
