I have two SKU's related to the Premium RMA Service for the FortiGate 200F that I was provided to place in my proposal. They are
FC-10-F200F-210-02-12 (Next Day Delivery
FC-10-F200F-211-02-12 (4-Hour Delivery)
Can someone confirm they are basically the same Premium service except one is RMA on NBD and the second one is on 4-hour delivery schedule?

Those are two separate options you pick one or the other.
NBD gives you replacement on next business day if you make the cutoff time.
4-hour replacement by courier but you need to ensure you are in a location that supports this.
