Port open fortigate

Hi There is a LAN with Fortigate. Web access through wan1. Tell me how to open port 4080, for the entire network or for one ip-address? Thank you.

It sounds like you just want to make it so that computers on your lan can access some sort of service on the internet over port 4080. Assuming this you would need to go to Policy & Objects > Objects > Services and create a custom service specifying port 4080. Then go to Policy & Objects > Policy > IPv4 and create a new firewall policy allowing that service to pass from lan through wan1. In the firewall policy you can specify any host or lock it down to specific hosts.
