if external is your wan ip
and internal is your mailserver's lan address
you just need to create simple policy
of from internet to the VIP
i did a policy that shout working but
i try:
telnet mail.mydomain 25
and there is no connection.
how can i diagnostice this problems ?
by the way - i created the same rules to rdp ( 3389) and its working well.
try this website to test if you have external dns setup correctly an you mail server is reachable.
