Policy to allow Microsoft Onedrive

Currently we can access O365 onedrive through HTTPS but if we used the installed onedrive app, we cannot seems to be able to access the shared folders.

How can we unblocked the Microsoft onedrive app ?

 have you configured application control in the policy pertaining to this ?

 If yes, you need to allow the application there.

I suppose you are using right now IPv4 policy with ISDB objects as destination ?

There is no ISDB object for Onedrive, so you have to use application control, where you have dedicated signature for Onedrive.

found the issue is due to GPO settings in our AD. not firewall policies.
