Hello, does anyone know how much policy routing affects throughput? Or how to find it? Thanks

No hard figures but I' d guess the load is neglible. PR is effective even before regular routing, and way before policies and UTM. The only drawback IMHO is that you cannot monitor PB' s - nothing in the Routing Monitor etc.
