Policy move issue in ForiOS 5.2.2 through GUI

Dear All,

I am having problem with creating a clone policy and moving before/after. Each time I copy and paste copy using above/below option, the policy moves to bottom and when I drag it to the the top, it shows saved but when leave the page and check back on the policy, it moves back to bottom. I have already tried this on Fortigate 600C and VMs but problem persist. Please suggest if there is any workaround to fix this without using CLI version.
