since 2010 till 2013 i take fortimail mailboxes backup on certain path but starting from 2014 i begin to take backup on other path , i try to make restore from old backup which from 2010 till 2013 but i can' t and i have an message ( There is no backup is run ) so Q : how can i use the old backup ? another Q i wnat to know what is the best practice for fortimail backup ?

Q: since 2010 to now, have you change the fortilmail OS version ( I would assume yes ) What type of restoral ( ssh ) is the backup actually present What does your event log actually say Can you actually select a previous backup from let' s say 2010
