Ping DUP! on FortiGate 100E FG100ETK19033274

I'm having a DUP! ping on Fortigate 100E. please guide to find the error and how to fix it. thank you

This is very likely not FortiGate related (unless you have something misconfigured to use a duplicate IP).  Maybe this link will help you: https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/13254/what-could-dup-mean-when-using-ping
