Hi @HS08
As for disk capacity and usage MIB is available in MB. It is not available in percentage on Fortigate, in future releases it might be getting added.
Disk Capacity .1.3.6.1.4.1.12356.101.4.1.6.0 = Disk Usage .1.3.6.1.4.1.12356.101.4.1.9.0

As of now, there are no OIDs for disk percentage.
For Memory and CPU you can use below
OID: .1.3.6.1.4.1.12356.101.4.1.3.0 Current CPU usage (percentage).
OID: .1.3.6.1.4.1.12356.101.4.1.4.0 Current memory utilization (percentage).
As I know, usually the monitoring systems will calculate the percentage of disk usage by extracting the capacity and the current disk usage. In FGT this can be done using this OIDs:
.1.3.6.1.4.1.12356.101.4.1.6 - fgSysDiskUsage.0 86
.1.3.6.1.4.1.12356.101.4.1.7 - fgSysDiskCapacity.0 30107
GW # diagnose sys logdisk usage
Total HD usage: 90MB(86MiB)/31569MB(30107MiB)
