Pass ipv6 OSPF on FortiGate transparent mode

HI,

I want to pass ipv6 ospf on FG-1200D transparent mode, This FG between two cisco 3750, I tried many methods , multicast-skip-policy enable、set multicast-policy action accept、firewall policy set all to all,Virtual Wire Pair.....，

But this seems to only affect ipv4 ospf,IPV6 ospf still can't build neighbor,

what I need to do on FG transparent about ipv6 OSPF?

A little late reply (because the used tag is not Fortigate, but the version number), but it may help someone else looking for this.
To allow multicast traffic:

config system settings
    set multicast-skip-policy disable

Then create a multicast policy from any to any.
