Our new colleagues who recently joined Commtel have registered on Fortinet Partner Portal but they don’t have access to Fortinet Training. All of them are in CC. Kindly look into this and resolve this issue asap.

I believe you have sent this to the wrong email. You will need to open a TAC case, not a community article.
But we open TAC cases for technical issues not for portal issues
Please open a customer support ticket (not technical assistance) . You may call the support line and talk to customer support agent or use the chat option from support portal. They will be able to help you.
