Packet loss and connection
Good morning everyone,
I am experiencing a problem in my environment. Sometimes the 60F firewalls in version 7.2.10 are losing communication with the LAN and the WAN remains normal. In the ping test, I do not have continuous feedback from the LAN and it remains like this, losing many packets, consequently I lose connectivity from the location where the fortigate is located.

Speed/Duplex mismatch? What is the path between this client and the FortiGate? Is 10.80.23.1 a FortiGate?

I don't know for sure, I'm trying to figure out what it could be, what I do know is that when I restart the problem goes away, but sometimes it comes back.

please directly connect your device to the Fortigate and test. is this a newly deployed Fortigate? Do follow the steps here to perform a HQIP test: https://community.fortinet.com/t5/FortiGate/Technical-Tip-RMA-HQIP-test-with-built-in-FortiOS-diagno... then open a ticket with TAC for investigation to check whether it is a hardware fault or not. If it is a hardware fault with the Fortigate, then RMA is required.
