PXE setup in 60F Fortigate

I am very new to Fortinet and PXE booting so please forgive any incorrect info on my end. I am working to setup Fog Project within our systems so I can boot devices with PXE. I haven't been able to get the Fortigate 60F setup to allow/pass these requests to the Fog Project machine. Once of my biggest issues is I can't seem to get option 67 set anywhere within the interface. Any suggestions?

Do you need to allow PXE traffic between two VLANs? Why don't you put them in the same VLAN? I think it is much more simple in such situation.

Currently, our devices are segmented by IP Address groups rather than VLANs due to the equipment we are using.
