PLAYBOOKS in FortiAnalyzer doesn't work

Greetings!

 

I am encountering an issue with playbooks in FortiAnalyzer. A few weeks ago, everything was working correctly, and I could see automatically created incidents. However, this is no longer the case. I created new and they don't work too. Also, I checked their settings and everything must work

 

Could you please advise on how to resolve this?

Add: Playbooks stopped working one day, I checked the event log in System Settings and nothing has changed that day

I would like to add that I have the same issue. Playbooks do not go off, even though the corresponding event is created.

 

Did you come across a solution or an explanation for this?
