PB To go on internet with forticlient

Hello We installed the forticlient 4.2.5.286 64bits on 300 computers (windows 7 64bits) When the forticlient is open and not connected, users are not able to go on internet. If we close forticlient users can go on internet. We have this probleme for 250 computers. Do you have any ideas? Do you know where i can download an old version 4.2.4 64bits? Thanks for you help. regards

What is the setting of the Remote Network (behind the tunnel)? With ' 0.0.0.0' the FC would behave like it should.

We have the problem just when we launch the client not when we are connected to vpn. For exemple i install the forticlient on a windows 64bits then i restart the computer. I open forticlient and i' m not able to go on internet. I don' t create any settings and i' m not connected to vpn the pb is just after launching the client. If i try to connecte to the vpn, the vpn is ok and work fine. The remote network is 10.33.252.0/24. i have the probleme on 250 computers and only on windows 64bits, internet on windows 32bits works when the forticlients is open. Regards and thanks for your help

A tried without any windows firewall and antivirus but same problem. if i do a tracert or ping www.google.com for exemple it work. If i uncheck the case " Forticlient NDIS6 Packet Filter Driver" from the network card i' m able to use internet when forticlient is launched but if i want to use the vpn i need this case enable. I also tried with many internet navigators and same thing. Regards

This sounds familiar. It looks like Proxy conflicts and it only affects HTTP traffic. Which products you are using for AntiVirus or Web Filtering on those computers? Could you disable FortiProxy to see if what happens? Run as Administrator to open up the FortiClient GUI console General -> Help & Support -> Diagnostics Uncheck -Enable FortiProxy' and OK. Just want to mention that double check that the FortiProxy is disabled before browsing the internet. It happened to me a couple of times before that when I was running as non- admin and it allowed me to uncheck the option and when I came back again, it was still checked. L.C
