Hi,
One of my user PCs is unable to reach the firewall. It was working a few days ago. As per the user, he did not make any changes. I changed the IP address of the pc and it worked. The firewall logs do not show anything.
Any suggestions?

Did you check in quarantine monitor / banned IP list? If the IP is there then the host is not allowed to access any resource.
