i have old fortigate 300A without firmware.

where can i download it?

Hello, as you mention this is a very old unit, and it is out of support, you can get the firmware image from https://support.fortinet.com/welcome/#/ once logged, Support>Firmware Download, select Fortigate and download again, search for 4.0 MR3 Version, I think this is the last firmware version for this unit.

I have checked, you have even older firmwares (down to 2.8 and earlier) and there I saw that you have firmwares for sure. All you need to have is one active support device with which you can have access to download it.

Please note that FortiGate 300A has already reached end of life a few years ago.
