Old Fortigate 300 firmware

Hi, I have this old fortigate 300 box that doesn' t boot from the default firmware nor the backup firmware, and it uses an old firmware version which isn' t in the website. We have tried to installing new images from a tftp server and they didn' t work. Firmware details: APS301 (16:50-05.10.2004) Ver:03005000 Serial number:APS3012404200785 is there a way of finding this old firmware somewhere?? thanks in advanced !!

Welcome to the forums. Any particular reason you need old firmware? If you have a support contract, download something fresher, and go with that. Also you could try reformatting the flash image before the TFTP, and try the update again. That may fix an eeprom that' s been sitting for a few years...

I managed to install the MR6 patch 1 firmware via TFTP. There was no reason for not using a new firmware, just doubts from people here in the office. thanks for your help!!

i have old FG 300A, but it is formatted and i dont have firmware for it?

can someone send me firmware?
