Offline AV

Hi, Anyone knows if Fortigate can be used as an offline AV just like using it as offline IPS? Thanks a lot.

IMHO that should work. It just doesn' t work as a " TAP" but you' ve to mirror RX AND TX to different ports so that the session can go through the Fortigate. In case you didn' t see it you can CLI-switch AV to " monitor only" in 3.0. This may also help. -R.
