OSPF ECMP load balance (Source-Destination IP base) in Foritgate 60D and 90D

Hi,

I have following Topology, All devices in OSPF Area 0.

192.168.101.0/24 ------                               Port 1------ Port 1                               ------ 192.168.201.0/24

                                     Fortigate 60D/90D  Port 2------ Port 2   Fortigate 1500D

192.168.102.0/24 ------                               IPSec------ IPSec                               ------ 192.168.202.0/24

I have three neighborship between both Fortigate and ECMP configured. Firewalls are configured to load balance the traffic between all three interfaces

At 1500D, I am able to do load balance the traffic if same source trying to access different destination. but at 60D/90D, its not happening, if different source trying to access different destination its load balance look like behaving Source based load balance. I have ForitOS 5.2.4. 

My question is that there is any limitation at 60D/70D/VM to do source-destination IP based load balancing.
