ON My fortigate under fabric connectors I do not have the option of  active directory server under SSO/identity. I am running FortiOS6.4.5 . I am using the basic free licence.I am using this on my home test environment.I am also not connected to the cloud,

On v6.4.5 you will find the option under external connectors in endpoint/identity.
