OCVPN Visibility on SD-WAN Hub

I have an SD-WAN hub but I cannot see where OCVPN setup might be seen.

As you can see the hub site on the right hand side no OCVPN available.

For comparison I show a spoke site on the LHS.

OCVPN is visible here in the root VDOM.

How can I make OCVPN visible on my hub?

What is the version on the Hub? As of 7.4.0, OCVP is removed from CLI and GUI. Please refer to this document for more information
