Not retrieveing all the chrome for a Replacement Message

Hi Experts,

A web-filter policy on a firewall policy with a various blocked categories, including "Proxy Avoidance" and Pornography.

My issue is that some chrome resources is missing in Replacement Message because of a timeout in their retrieval from the Fortigate.

Observe the timeouts for "www.e_x_p_r_e_s_s_V_P_N.com" compared to successful "www.S_E_X.com".

Why?
