Not obtaining exam badges

Hi,

I'm new to cybersecurity.

I fully completed these two courses. 

FCF - Introduction to the Threat Landscape 3.0 Self-Paced
FCF - Getting Started in Cybersecurity 3.0 Self-Paced

but in fortinet training institute' dashboard it displays as in progress/resume.

any solution for this?

Login to training.fortinet.com, click the help icon (?) at top right corner, then submit ticket.

Same issue. I just completed the course and got the certification. I have that downloaded but for some reason haven't gotten the Credly badge email yet. Maybe I have to wait another week? I was looking over completed courses and found that I had 7 of 8 completed even though I got the email saying I will get the badge within a week. Waited a week and nothing so I completed the the course I was "missing" got the 8 of 8 and got the email saying congratulations on your Google cert. Do I have to wait a whole other week for the badge?
