Not getting GUI access of firewall after upgrading to 7.2.8 to 7.4.8

Not able to login  firewall with local username password can anyone please share the solution on this after upgrading

Are you sure it's FortiOS 7.4.8? I don't even think that exists yet.

I hate to ask that question but did you follow the recommended upgrade path?
