Can you try from CLI to see if it is a GUI issue?

Hi @duplicate,
Have you had any firmware update recently? Are there other SDWAN rules configured without name? If yes, please try to add names for these rules via CLI and after that create another sdwan rule in GUI to verify if the "duplicate entry found" error will still persists.

Can try to add new rule through CLI with these commands:
config system sdwan
config service
edit "name of rule"
Also you can see all the rules created under config service command
