Not able to connect to SSLVPN in MacOS

i am trying to connect to my fortigate firewall using forticlient on my Macbook PRo running Big Sur 11.6.2 but without success.

As i have 2FA enabled, after entering the 6 digit code and click Submit button, i am back to the forticlient login page with the password removed. 

my is account is working fine on Windows 10 laptop and even on my android phone but not on my Macbook PRo

managed to get it working after doing a re-install and then enabling it in security and preferences.
