No information in Advanced Threat Protection Statistics

We have activated ips and antivirus control on some flow. But all statistics are null in 'Advanced Threat Protections Statistics' widgets.

We have intrusion and malware detect in the logs, but not botnet. Fortisandbox is not activated.
