Is the device a cluster? Or a single device? diagnose sniffer packet any " port 514 and udp" 4 (Run this command on the FG) dignoose sniffer packet any " port 514 and host <Fortigate IP>" 4 (Run this command on the FMG) and verify traffic is ok. Are the logs in LOG VIEW->Log browse, and does display from there work?

Open a ticket with TAC ... there is an issue with FAZ 5.0.7 and clusters.

I' m getting the exact issue. I can' t see anything on the FortiView section in the FAZ for my FGT HA cluster. If I login to the FGT I can see data in the FortiView section.

Hi, neonbit : What is your FAZ version and FGT version? and are you using log array on FAZ to group HA devices or just using single device on FAZ? and did you see log for HA devices in FortiView - Log View? Thanks Simon
