Hi all
one of our clients has issues to connect to our network. We have configured a SSL-VPN connection and have given the credentials to the client.
The client can connect to our network and the forticlient shows that the connection is established.
On the computer there's no Virtual Adapter that's configured with the ip from the source ip pool, so the client can't connect to the servers.
In the device manager there is a Fortinet SSL VPN Virtual Ethernet Adapter but it seems it isn't used by forticlient.
These are the things we have tried:
- Reinstall Forticlient
- Reset the password of the user
- disabled the fortinet ssl vpn virtual ethernet adapter and enabled it again
- several reboots of the pc
Does anyone know how i can solve this issue?
Edit: Removed the images, because they didn't upload correctly and caused some issues.
