No Logs

Hi I cant see any log in my FG after restoring my backup. I get the error " Cannot connect to FortiGuard" also, I have created a FortiCloud account. i' m able to login through website. but when I try to activate my FG device I get invalid username/password. Please advise

Had to format my disk. # execute formatlogdisk its working now.
