No Connection to EMS

I have a machine here that we recently replaced the motherboard in (obviously giving it a new MAC). Since then this machine (with the same Host Name) is showing that it is connected to the Fabric Telemetry on FortiClient but is not showing any connection on the FortiClient EMS. The machine is showing that it isn't even installed despite the fact it indeed is and is seeing EMS. Any ideas?
